VTF Beauty Academy – January

Capital City Partnership’s Vocational Training Framework VTF Beauty Academy in partnership with Professional Salon Training (SQA Training Centre) is offering an exciting opportunity for Edinburgh residents to gain beauty skills and salon experience.

What’s included?

3-week SQA accredited beauty training covering:

• eyebrows tinting and shaping
• lash tinting, strip and cluster lashes
• make-up application

Following the course, there will be opportunities for work placements in a local salon (8+ hours per week) with prospects to apply for employment once vacancies become available. We will also support course participants to explore sole trading possibilities.

Costs: Free
Prerequisites: This course is available for Edinburgh residents, aged 16 or over, who are unemployed or underemployed and not in full time education.
