This two week course helps you gain Digital and Creative sector recognised certificates, with the option of a guaranteed interview with a recruiting employer.

It's a practical course which helps you gain useful certificates. You'll also receive support to help you look for a job.

This training will focus on preparing to apply for roles such as : Service Desk Technician/Operator/Desktop Support, Data Entry Clerk and Digital Content Assistant

What you will learn - course modules

The course will involve at least 9 days of certified training including:

Introduction to Digital Skills Award
Introduction to Coding
Introduction to Content Management Systems (CMS)
Elements of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Administrative and IT skills.
Insight into the sector from industry professionals.
