  • Age 16 to 24 years old
  • Good level of numeracy and spoken and written English (coursework and sector requirement)
  • Available to attend the course dates and interested in working in retail
  • Available to start work after the course and flexible about future working patterns

What you will learn - course modules

The course gives you great transferable skills and will cover:

  • Minimum of 5 days of accredited training, resulting in SCQF Level 5 qualification in Customer Service
  • 1 day First Aid at Work training certificate
  • Insight visit from an industry professional
